Take the baby From the Travel Crib

Busy mom's you can get some exercise and we mean more then just taking the wallet out to Buy a Baby Bjorn Travel Crib. We mean getting outside and doing some actual exercise. Good for Mom, Good for Baby! How about trying theses:

Stroller Kickbacks
Rest your arms on he stroller handle, leaning forward from the waist. with your right leg straight (come up onto your toes for even more of a challenge). Lift your left leg in back of you to hip height. Keeping it slightly bent, pulse left leg up and down for 12 to 20 repetitions. Switch sides and repeat the move.

Stroller Side Sweeps
Stand with stroller to your right with right hand on the handle bar for balance. Lift left leg up in front of you to hip height. Keep it it straight. Come onto ball of your right foot; tighten belly. Slowly sweep left foot from front to back; hold for three seconds, bending left leg slightly. You'll feel both legs burn a bit as you do this controlled sweep 12 to 20 times. Switch sides, repeat.

Now your exercise will come from more then just assembling your Baby Bjorn travel Crib. or finding a Travel Crib sale. It will come from actually getting outside and doing your body good.
